Hey Guy's been quite some time since I posted up some new vids...I fiqured I would do a quick one on the console I'm repairing restoring for the New Mach

ENJOY!:D

Scott,

I really enjoy your videos. Great stuff!

I was wondering if you have any on proper leading procedures? I would like some pointers on this old school process.

I pretty much have gone to brazing using my cobra torch since I can never seem to get lead to stick reliably.

Regardless of prep or amount of heat.

My goal is to no use any bondo on my resto project and I'm sure a good lesson on leading is all I need to get me on the right track.

Thanks,

Phil

Thanks Phil,

If you truly want to go bondo free then you need to learn how to use a shrinking disc. I have a vid on using it & how I repaired a big dent in a door

Now Im convinced Im just not prepping the metal properly. I didnt use the proper tinning butter.

Cool stuff. I need to try this again with the right products.
