Definitely not the original seats (or motor, numbers show for a 74 maverick). But back to seats first. What kind of seats should I be looking for and where do I look?? Craigslist the best place?

Also thinking about going to a manual shift. What should we be looking for and how much work is it?

Post some pics of the seats you have in the back. Craigslist or Ebay or on here are go places to find seats.

As for conversion to Manual. it isn't too bad. I converted mine from an automatic to a T5 from a late model mustang. Here is a link to the thread I did on it.

Jason... what year t5 fits in these mustangs?

If you check out Moderndriveline.com they will put a complete quote together for you with all the parts you will need. Then I used that list to source the parts needed from varying vendors to save about 50% of the cost. Some items I did order from them though. I ordered the clutch pedal, roller bearing assembly, and cable from them.
