Simple question for engine builders

Hello,

i just installed my new Edelbrock cam.

The installation instruction says,the preload for the lifters is ...one-half turn...

Is it 1/2 turn (180 degrees) or 1 1/2 turn (540 degrees).

Sorry,for German guys not so easy to understand ...
