Hello, I've yet to work on my mustang once more but I was getting parts together for what I was going to need and I figured that since my a-pillars were cracked and missing large pieces I would probably end up needing to replace them later, I decided I might as well now. from what I understand from 71-73 there was 3 separate trim for each year equaling out to 9 different ones? Having the coupe, convertible, and the fastback, and with my luck I've not been able to find any 73 fastback a-pillars, is this something I'm gonna have to try and find in a junkyard or is there a repo that I've yet to find. I understand that either way I'm probably gonna pay up the ass for it.

The sportsroof A-pillar trims are available in reproduction from Gilbert Davenport - [email protected]

There are two molding types - sportsroof and hardtop. The convertible part is simply a modified hardtop molding - the upper end is trimmed off. There may be running design changes from year to year, but a 1971 part will fit a 1973 and vice-versa.
