My Car
It’s my dads car but helping him with all the needs
Looking to put some 2015 gt oem rims on 72 Mach 1.

The rims are 19x8.5 with 42.5 offset anyone know if they will work without any alterations?

Yep. I had some wheels on mine meant for mustangs newer than ours. You can see the fat spacers on the front wheels.

As said, for my car I am able to fit the newer Mustang wheels on rear. On front you will need thick spacers. In my case I didn't feel confortable with such spacers so I went in another direction. With my non-stock suspension on front I am using 18x9 wheels with 5" backspace (zero offset) and 1/4" spacer. That said 4.75" backspace would be ideal w/o spacer. Tires will rub a little at full turning of the wheel. I also have the fender lips rolled over.
