I'm in the midst of planning my next "C" build and I'm thinking I'm going to go hyd roller cam. I am hearing that with the flat lobes the cam is going to want to thrust more. Is this worth using the "Torrington" bearing kit, or should I go with something else? Anyone using one with good results?

The cam will actually thrust less with a roller type cam. It might be said that it could wear the thrust plate more if the cam is of a harder billet composition, but I have never seen any ford cam thrust plate show much of any wear. I personally think it is overkill. The stock parts are fine.
