Thanks, will try that. Was searching for 2 years for this one. Really scared that I will mess it up.I'm not a body man at all. but perhaps try some GENTLE heat with a hot air gun. It may pop back closer to the original shape. You can buy Urethane filler and repair kits, not ordinary body filler. Also you'll need to add a flex agent to the paint(s).
Urethan bumpers are hard to find in any condition, take your time and good luck.
It looks really straight. Good find. Is there metal inside the urethane?I actually just bought a bumper today myself! The outside isn’t bad but the metal inside is pretty crusty and causing the rubber to heave in a few spots. The rubber is separating from the metal. Not 100% sure how to proceed on this one.

Okay, gunna need some of this 3M filler. Probably dig all the rust out and fill, i would guess.Yeah there’s a metal plate that the bumper is formed around internally.
