Came off my '71, which was missing the other side (I bought a pair of new inserts and pulled out this one, which was on the car). Part D1ZB 16A625AB, left-hand.
Lower tab is bent a bit, and the insert is very slightly warped - nothing that would particularly show if mounted - looked good when paired with the new replacement. Good for a driver.
