Always enjoy the boogie woogie. My wife just walked past and said it reminded her of her dad. He played piano and when a teenager, played for his church - until he played Rock of Ages with a boogie woogie beat. Neither the church leaders or his parents understood.
I always enjoyed it when he would just sit down at the piano and start pounding away with the boogie woogie tunes he and his friends would play when they got together. Walters been gone almost 14 years, now, but his love of boogie woogie lives on.
Thanks for the link, Luke. Great tunes reminding me of an incredibly talented and funny guy.
