Bumper replacement

Having no issues finding almost everything I need. My only issue is the rear quarter to bumper fillers. Am I just screwed? Can't seem to find them anywhere, anyone got a lead on where I could find them in stock? Or know of a way to reform them and get them back close to factory shape? Drivers side isn't the worst. But passenger is flexed away from the panel quite a bit.

I've found 71-72 panel fillers but I'm assuming they won't work because of the 5 mph bumper switch on the 73's?

I have two driver side pieces remaining, one blue like shown above and one red. Both in very good condition. These were items painted body color by Ford, not molded in a sold color.

Passenger side piece is the one I really need

The filler pieces are molded urethane, so you could likely use heat to form it back to conform to the quarter. The piece is hold in place to the quarter with two studs on a piece of sheetmetal that's molded into the part. If the urethane split and that is pulling out, there are several urethane repair products that you could use to glue everything back together.

I think I'm going to try clamping it in place and heating it with a heat gun to see if it will pull back in. If it won't, no big loss. I'll just keep hunting anyway. As hard as they are to find in good condition, probably a good idea to squirrel a few extras away.
