If it is a special factory ordered paint color why is the front bar pink and not argent? Maybe it was done in the restoration but being pink does not seem right.

Sure - Special paint orders meant the front bumpers to be argent. The car was repainted anyway so the change could be made in the past... The same on the chromed fender and hood extensions - in 73 there were no chromed extensions from the factory on any model. The side stripes would be correct - but not to the grille, that had to be a Mach 1 one in that combination. So are the front spoiler, the TuTone on the hood without locks and so on... 

But the pink stands out - not every guy could wear it...  :thumb:
