Looks like a GTO hood to me.

Come to think of it, that may not be the greatest deal. The seller already has one, so he knows a bit about what it takes to buy one, and there are restoration parts around - so he knows how much it costs to put them back together. Now it smells too good to be true. Paint job on a well-Bondoed turd?
