351C engine; the two bolts that hold the alternator bracket to the engine attach to the front of the water pump.  My questions is: do these attachment bolts penetrate the 'wet' area of the water pump?  If I remove them do I have to worry about radiator fluid leaking out or when I re-install them do I need to worry about any particular thread sealant on the threads?

Thanks.

Back in 2017, I posted a complete "how to replace a 351C water pump" set of instructions.  It contains an exact placement water pump bolts by size/length of bolts diagram along with many pictures.  This how to can be found by going into the following folders;

1) Tech Forum

2) Engine, Transmission, Drive Line, Etc

3) How to remove a 351C water pump

Good luck!
