I'm not going to fabricate a bracket but appreciate the recommendation. These old carburetors appear on eBay. I'll just keep looking.I do not have a part # for that, much less know where to begin looking for one other than a wrecking yard. My gut tells me you would be better off fabricating a bracket from flat metal as opposed to finding one "out there." The good thing is it does not look like it would be difficult to fabricate a functional bracket, as there is nothing involving a high level of precision. In that situation "good enough" is likely going to be plenty good enough.
