I have a 73 grande, there's a heavy Guage Black with yellow dots, its hot and it comes out of firewall drivers side (top bundle), it connects to a spaded 3 prong device, my power windows and horns also connects to it, I know this because when black w/yellow dots (hot always) is unplugged they don't work. Why is that Black yellow dots wire constantly hot, it drains my battery.

How do you know that wire is the culprit?
That wire also provides power to the rear window defroster relay and the seat back latch relays, as well as the power window relay.

The horns should be fed through the fuse panel, which gets its power through the big yellow wire.

One of the relays may be stuck on or being held on if the black/yellow dot wire is where the drain is.
