Can I repair this?

While putting my dash back together, my heater/AC control fell off the table. Below is the disk that came off. Can I repair this and how? Thank you in advance.

The surface of the white piece looks to be broken. That won't allow you to get a good seal for the vacuum if you try to put it back together. Probably time to start searching for a replacement. Might want to check with Mike @Motorcity Mustang.
