Has anyone found a resource for the rear deck filler panel on a 71-73 Mustang convertible?

I don't think anyone reproduces it. You will need to find a donor car where you can get one from, or fix the one you have.

The issue with these parts is the cost of the tooling. I have never bought tooling for sheet metal parts, but I know that it is extremely expensive, and for low production cars that were made 50 years ago, it just may not make any sense as the end price could end up being outrageous. I have bought molds for wheels, and molds for plastic parts, and that stuff is pretty expensive. After you buy the tooling, making the parts themselves is pretty cheap, it is just sheet metal, but the tooling can cost tens of thousands of dollars to make, and therein lies the issue. How much demand is there vs the cost of the tooling and what you can ask dollar wise for this part.
