Dash V/R

Scratching my head....I recently replaced the dash voltage regulator and tonight on my way home from a cruise when I turned on my lights , my oil pressure gauge went to L and my temp went to H. V/R is new so my question is what can cause this? Could it be a bad ground?

That would be my first guess, Ken. Definitely electrical, and since the ground is common, I'd start there.

No I haven't changed my headlight switch yet.....but I have put LEDS in .
