Emergency cable idler bracket

I went to install my e-brake cable today and found that i am missing my cable idler bracket! I swear i removed it from the floor and put it back on the new ones, then again.........maybe i didnt. I dont know.

I know the bracket is avaliable after market. Does anyone have a pic from the bottom of the car so i can see where it mounts and in which direction.
