20 years this July. Bought it at Summer Carlisle 1994. (Yes, they had a Summer Carlisle back then.)

Over 40 years for "Fire" (my '73 Mach 1) as I am the original owner:)!

I have only owned "Ice" (my '73 Grande) for about 14 years.

Almost 41 years for me. Back in April 1973 I was helping my girlfriend pick out a new Mustang. She was leaning towards buying a Grande, but we saw the white 73 convertible sitting on the transport truck waiting to be unloaded. We went back the next day and she bought it. I bought it from her about 10 months later and it has remained a part of my life ever since!

29 years and I have personally put well over a quarter million miles on it. I have touched almost every part of the car. When I don't drive it for a month or two and I get back in it feels like a comfortable shoe. I never get tired of it. I still find myself staring at it and thinking out loud 'that is a beautiful car'.

the cars are a very large part of our lives, some people that are not connected to a car just don't get it .my mother in law said a time back why don't you sell that old car ,and pay off your bills.thats a good way to make points with me old lady

Bought my 71 Mach in the spring of 72 as a demo with 5,000 miles on it for $2995. So it's about 43 years. Now has slightly over 40,000 miles on it.

Do you remember what you paid for it back then?
