1. My Mach 1 came without AC and I’ve added a full conversation kit through Old Air. The compressor naturally bolts in with the fluid fill hole on top and the tube on top. It sits too hight for the hood with ram air. All picks of AC equipped car look like the compressor is bolted with types at the 3 o’clock instead of the 12, but the fluid pours out. Any advice?

2. New spark plug wire set and the wire that goes to the cable looks like the coil should be bolted where the AC compressor now is. We can mount the coil right next to the Distributor but is there any distance between the two that should be maintained for safety sake?

Not sure your configuration but you can install the hoses then rotate the compressor to install it on the mounting bracket. Here's where my coil is located:

Here is my 302 setup, with Classic Auto Air Sanden? Compressor? The specs for that said side or top pipe mount. Also I moved my Coil to under idler pulley bracket. I have hard fuel lines and wiring where coil used to sit. Also have AAW wiring kit, Edelbrock intake and carb, so everything is non stock.
