On friday, my driver's side door handle stopped working on the interior of the car. Luckily it still worked on the outside. I figured something must have been wrong with the mechanism right near the handle.
Turns out, the mechanism had bent where it engages with the rivet the actuates the rod that runs inside the door.

A little bit of time with a pair of pliers and some JB weld to strengthen the bent tab and it is good as new.

If it happens again, it will probably take it apart and actually weld it, but I am hoping this fix takes care of it.
