Leaking heater core replacement

Hey guys!! This guy has a leaking heater core in his convertible. Is there a way to replace it without removing the heater box and half the interior. Guys gettin a bit old and that’s a lot of work!!

Not really but be sure to get a quality one so you don't have to do it again.
