Tore down my gearbox for rebuild and ran into a LITTLE (first thing that will be jumped on)problem. Manual says depending on the model there should be either 27 or 29 ball bearings for the worm gear.
Mine only had 25 when I tore it down. Will this be an issue? I know I didn't drop any and am thinking it may have been rebuilt over the years.
So yes, I'm missing 2-4 balls! (have at it). Anybody else tore this down before? I'm about ready to put it back together and obviously don't want to have to do it twice. Thanks in advance.
