I bought a Mach 1 about 5 years ago in boxes and had that problem also " a lot of missing parts "... It's since 2016 back on the road with help from people on this forum.

I do hope the PO did not sand blast the body panels. If he did good luck on getting them to every look good in paint. Soda blasting is ok as long as he properly cleaned.

You will learn quickly that ads on eBay are not always telling the truth. Many parts are year model unique so ask lots of questions before you buy replacements.
