Sharp looking TA. That is a good year, but I bet the HP sucks!
A bit...rated at only 200 hp.. thats rear wheel hp so not too shabby....But still probably the most powerfull engine put out in 1976..hehe..When the mustang ii where down too 125 hp..lol..But according too the website im looking at..They only produced 110 of the 455's in 1976...So its a very rare bird.

Plus pontiac was a little dirty at fudging there HP numbers...They always seem to have more HP then they tell you...lol

Sharp-lookin' T/A! Looks like someone went a little crazy with the birds though - I don't believe they had 'em on the fenders under the Trans Am lettering - just on the hood, rearward face of the trunk lid spoiler, and 'B' pillars.

Still a damn good looking car though!

Beautiful! Friend of mine had a 77 Formula with original 20000 miles on it. That car was like a time machine. Everything looked like the car had just left the factory. Even the kick panels didn't have any marks.

He sold the car to pay up for his house. Unfortunately I had neither cash nor room to park it, otherwise it woulda been mine.

The stupid a$$ who bought it tore it apart immediately to build a Smokey and the Bandid clone. Sucker!!

Sweet T/A. If I didn't bleed blue I would be a part of the Pontiac camp. 68-73 firebirds and all GTOs are just cool rides. I can't believe I sheared that. Any of my bud's see this I'm dune.:s
My second love in cars is Pontiac's. Back in 1974 I sold my 69 Firebird to buy the 73 Convertible I still have today. My recollection is that the Firebird handled a lot better, but my 73 Mustang Convert appealed to me more in the looks department.
