Any good ethelyne glycol based (GREEN) coolant should do. I'm using Autozone's house brand. Don't use the pink/orange stuff, the seals and gaskets are not compatible. If you're using an aluminum radiator run a ground wire to the core support to prevent electrolysis.

Either get the pre-mixed or make sure you mix it with distilled water. The minerals in tap water can plug up the tubes in the radiator. Run 50/50 mix year-round, it raises the boiling point, lubricates the water pump, and helps prevent rust

+1.

If you're running an aluminum radiator I wouldn't use anything other than Zerex GL05 coolant and think about running a sacrificial zinc anode as well unless you're sure you've got no current flowing through the rad.
