Looks similar to the one I got from moderndriveline. They included it for the 1973 conversion, even though their website say 69-70. Part number MD-321-1062-H. It was $25, which is a tad less than the ebay part.

I've been using the 70 boot since it became available. The round from is correct for a 71. At $225, I'm not a buyer - nor am I the target market.
