Seat belt guide

I could use some help finding a replacement seat belt guide for the back seat retractable seat belts. Have not been able to find them. It may be that I'm calling them the wrong thing. I'm attaching a picture.http://i61.tinypic.com/23gzi49.jpg

I don't think they are a repro piece. Do you need 1?

Yes. One of mine is no longer usable. I saw one on ebay and may go ahead and pick it up but its hard to see what condition it really is in.
