Trunk Corner 71

Hey guys,

Quick question, does anybody know if one of the trunk corners from older models fits on the 71 coupe? Used parts are extremely rare in my part of the world.

I mean the trunk rear corner, the ones you used filler on or patched on your mustang?

Hello RDM,

You need to locate them from a 1971-1973 Hardtop (coupe) Donor car. I had rust problems my self and I found a nice set from a gentleman in North Carolina or Virgina. Here is the picture of my 1973 coupe with the replacement trunk and tail light panels. We replaced almost the entire weatherstrip channel and drop offs that tie the tail light panel and corner of the quarter panel. I hope this helps.
