Well, I was going to change the Blinker Fluid today before it gets too cold in the garage, but when I went into the garage this morning, the old girl was sleeping, so I left her too it. I can do it in Spring!
So really, I did nothing to my car today.

What's the primer/copper stuff that you are using?
Thanks Fabrice, impressing you with my build is a very high honor!!! The "primer/copper stuff" is the UPOL weld through primer. A family member didn't know what to get me for my birthday last year and my wife "suggested" a couple of cans of the UPOL. The family member took it upon himself and "gifted" me a dozen spray cans!!! Very expensive!! So I've been using it up!!😲
 
What primers are you Using?. Whats the difference between red amd copper color- assuming copper is weld through.

YellowHorse the copper primer is indeed a weld through primer. Since I have so much of it, besides using it inside the seams of the panels I weld, I also use it as a protectant over all the areas that I have welded together afterwards. I then use a two part red oxide primer to seal the welded areas up. Eventually when the sled goes to paint, It'll get a complete red oxide primer all over then it'll get seamed seal and sprayed with the primer completely again before the body color.

It always amazes me the subtle different shades "slop grey" can take on. Did you mix up your own or buy it already "sloppy"?
I mixed my own. I wanted the same look of the slop grey/green that member rackerm had achieved on his parts (see attached image). Although the pics I posted look greener, I actually, when looking at them in person, achieved the same color that he got on his parts. The cell phone pics makes them look brighter and more green than they actually are.

What a winter we've had here is SW Ontario........... it missed us and went right to spring. Well maybe. Still time for a snow storm or two until the end of April.
Today, it was a beautiful sunny day at 50 deg f. I needed to put some sh*t away on the shelving above the Mustang, so I had to wake up the old girl and move her out into the driveway. I let her run for about 20 mins, put the sh*t up on the shelving, then put her back to bed for another month or so.
I must say, it was nice to spend the time, go through the start up procedure, fire it up and let it warm up, all while wearing just a light jacket.
All in all a fun day to get the juices going again.

I just put my cougar on these rollers to help when I work on it, and immediately the spring like weather started. I'm near Barrie.

Still way too much salt on the roads around here for driving. The last thing I want is salt dust getting into the seams etc. It would only take a bit of rain or a wet road for the rust to start up. No thanks, I'll wait.
