I HAVE THESE FOR BOTH SIDES. THEY ARE BLUE. FROM A GRANDE BUT I THINK THAT THEY ARE THE SAME.

They are not the same. Check with Don at Ohio Mustang. He recently had a set.

I'M looking for a pair of pillar trim also. so if anyone has a pair for sale i am iterested or if you want to trade i have a lot of parts. i took 2 cars and made 1 but no real good pillar trim :-(

THE ONLY DIFFERENCE I SEE BETWEEN THE FASTBACK AND COUPE REAR QT TRIM IS THAT THE ONE FOR THE COUPE IS LONGER. DONT SEE WHY YOU CANT CUT IT SHORTER. OTHER THAN THAT THEY LOOK THE SAME TO ME.
