It doesn't say anywhere what the balance weight is on it.

It says it's for a '78 5.0, which is the motor in my car

Balance didn't change until 81.

It looks like it has a Long pressure plate bolt pattern. You might have to run a 10.5" clutch, but other than that it should work.

After some digging, part number SACHS NFW1129 is 164 tooth with a 28 oz imbalance for anyone who is looking for a cheap fly, 351w flys will also work
