Thanks all. Rocker areas are done - working on taping the hood now. What a nightmare!! Trying to go with specs on the tech sheet from here on the site. Tedious to say the least. Pics soon.

The outer stripe is actually closer to 3/8" wide instead of 1/4" but I'm happy with it.

Got the new headliner in. Previous owner owned andupholstery shop and had redone all of the seat and door panels in black but never got to the headliner. This was the first time I've installed a headliner but I've watched a couple go in. I think the pewter cars look much better with black interior rather than red. Most of the outside assembly is done - except for the stripe fiasco.

Also - can someone tell me where the radiator overflow tank goes. A pic would be super!
Your car is looking great. My 71 doesn't have a radiator over flow tank on it.
Looking good, and I agree about the black interior. Can't help with a pic since my overflow is off now, but it rests on the inner fender behind the drivers side headlight I believe.
