Its rough but its a rare Q code....opinions?

The car needs a LOT of work. But the car does come with a lot of parts. It is well equipped with some desirable performance options. But I see tons of WORK = time and money...

I live near him and will go look at it if you want. I saw the add but did not follow up on it because it is so rough.

It is -8 degrees on the F scale so I will wait till it warms up.

Thanks Paul! I surely appreciate if you can take a look at this car. Owner admits its rough....he also told me about the weather so when it gets warmer let me know. Thanks again!
