Using a Win7 computer how do you create a screen snapshot?

Amazon wants me to email them a picture of the screen I am seeing.

There's usually a button on the top row of keyboards that says "prt sc".  Press it and then open up an image program and select import from clipboard.

Is there another name for "clipboard"?

Not finding that app.

CTRL + print screen button

Open your email, click in the body and CTRL+V (paste)

Or, use the snipping tool to send a specific capture.
