Engine VIN - decode help needed

I recently bought a 351C engine with a VIN code that I can't find much info about. The VIN stamp clearly shows 3B182925.

All I can decipher is that the VIN is for a 73 model that was assembled in the Oakland Canada plant with sequential number 182925. Obviously this was not a Mustang, but can other info be determined about this car from a skimpy VIN?

I think the only way to get more info is to call Kevin Marti and see if he can help (for a small fee, of course).

I don't think Kevin has any info on the Canadian cars.
