hmmmmmm bout the price of a storage building ....only problem is we have a homeowners association. I'd have to check that out.

I bought something similar from Costco about 4 years ago to store my boat in. Mine is beige and one end has an arch zipper closer and the other end has two sliding flaps that zips up the middle. Also a window on each side with screen with a flap that covers the windows. I paid $199 at Costco. It's holding up very well. Mine is the same size and my boat is 20 feet so tip of the boat trailer sticks out one end!
