Technically speaking it is very easy for DIY. I can get an aluminum or steel block cut to size (OnlineMetals.com), then drill the 5/8 hole through, the 3/8 hole through and cut the slot. Aluminum will be easier to drill. If I grind a small flat on top of the bar I could use a set screw to control rotation.

Yep, those are in my garage. I'm not sure I'd want to make them, though. I'd need to have the rest of the parts here to do measurements and verify fitment. And then there would be some level of liability if the little clamp snaps and causes his car to drive off a cliff and land on some orphans.

You can buy cheap bar stock on ebay. Aluminum is easy to cut to size on a table saw with a sled. That may save you money ordering up stuff cut to your perfect size.

Totally true. I understand and no hard feelings. In this case I should be able to make it myself as explained above.
 
Yo! Don't know if you tried looking into offload parts.... definitely a lot of sway bar fabrication going on there.
Here is an example link to kartek, an offload house. Check their website for sway bar stuff. They have many fittings etc....

Thank you for all the leads. Kind of hard to find something off the shelf that fits my 5/8" application. I think trying to machine it myself is a good option given that it is not that hard.

I wouldn't be above shimming it. If there's a 3/4 one available, thats 6/8. You need 5/8.
You could cut a soda can into strips, or sacrifice a harbor freight feeler gauge. Wrap it around your bar, and now its 3/4". :D
 
There's probably a tool & die shop or small machine/ fab shop local to you that could make them up for you for probably $100 give or take. If you could whip up a simple drawing and show them a photo they could probably wing it from there.

I'm lazy, sometimes paying a little bit more and getting it done outweighs me ******* with it and taking up what little time I do have...

I like this mini challenges to make it myself. It may take a few tries but this one is relatively straight forward. I have already modified (in my head) the design I posted above to better suit my application.

Show us what you come up with when you're done. I think it's very DIY-able.
