Is this worth the dollars? I  have a pretty stock motor but would like to change my 2v intake to a 4v without any other mods so I can pick up a few HP.  I would change out my 2V carb for a 4v Carb, but the question is abou this intake.  Thanks for your input.

That intake is for 4v heads. Won’t work on your 2v motor. Edelbrock makes a couple intakes for 2v heads that take a 4bbl carb. Performer and airgap are good.

Not only that, but the intake is specifically for Panteras, that use a flat mount for the carburetor, not angled like on front engine cars.

It will physically bolt up to your 2V heads but the port mis-match will disrupt the air flow and be difficult to get sealed. Here's the difference
