Overdone? Isn't that the corrrect color for a James Bond-inspired DB-5?

Otherwise, it is "just" a normal DB-5.

That is like saying orange is overdone for the General Lee, or red is overdone for a Starsky Torino.

I am assuming it was some kind of Bond affair...from the thread title.

I agree though, it is refreshing to see a BD-5 in non-Bond colors.

Chargers look good in other colors also!

It is - and thanks to Goldfinger and everything since, DB-5's getting painted in Silver Birch are the Aston equivalent of non-stripe Mach 1's getting stripes during restoration.

I can say - with certainty - that the ~300 Generals wrecked for the show have undoubtedly been made up for in replicas.

Ford overdid the Torino for us with their 1,001 factory replicas
