Power steering pump swap with AC on 351

Hay gang. Well a guy just got all the PS lines fixed going to the new Borgeson box. Well A guy couldn't believe it but had to as the PS fluid dripped in my eye. Now have to replace the pump. The 351 has AC. Now is there a way to to swap out the pump without completely removing the AC comp. Don't moving it just dont' want to undo the the lines! R12 is kinda costly last A guy heard. BTW any one have any!? TIA!

Sure, it'll come right out. No need to touch the AC compressor. Might want to pull the shroud and fan to give you more rom to maneuver.

Here are the two pages from the Ford service manual, it might help:

If you remove the windshield washer fluid bottle it will come right out through there. No need to even loosen the AC belt, the shroud etc.
