seat belts - 71 convertible

Hi everyone.
I am looking to convert the standard lap seat belt to a lap/sash belt. I assume others will have done this and looking for some tips particularly the anchor points and the best location.

I am interested in what others may have come up with for this. A roll bar is more than many of us would like to undertake I think. You may be able to come up with something just inside the B pillar that goes through the interior rear quarter trim panel but I also fear that some type of guide would be necessary on the seat to keep the shoulder belts in the correct place?
