Spring Pearch bushings

Hey Guys,

I have a question, with replacing the bushes on the spring perches, is there any easy way to remove them or would blunt force trauma or a press be the best option.

I am replacing them with poly bushes, but they came with no instructions, I managed to remove the bolts on the pearches but thats as far as I got.

If you can press the center out first then you press the rubber next. they both will be tough so you need a press.

If you budget will allow, the rollerized spring perches are the best way to go. They will allow better movement with the suspension system.

I would use an air hammer with a chisel bit to punch out the old rubber. Getting the new polyurethane in place may require freezing the poly and heating the part to make it fit.
