Starter issue, stays engaged sometimes

Every now and then my starter does not disengage. I turn the key and the engine starts with starter engaged, even when I manually turn key back. Not all the time either. New starter and solenoid 

What do I do to check?

I have had a weak battery cause the solenoid to stick and stay cranking really slow even after I turn key off.

+1 have you battery tested. Also new does not always mean good. New solenoid might be bad.

Solenoid or a faulty ignition switch...

Ok will charge the New battery over night and see, was kind of weak cranking. No big deal exchanging the soleniod. This is getting tiring, all new parts are crap, bad turn signal switch, bd solenoid(maybe), carpet issues,

I had to replace the ignition cylinder on the steering column. Got one from Missouri Mustangs for a decent price, problem solved.
