Hello, wanted to ask if anyone might know will the BB engines like 429/460's will fit in the engine bays of the 1971-73 Mustang without any modifications.-

i guess i am a half-asser i took out my 351cj and replaced with 460 and did not change any engine motor mount stands i did however put a spacer nut on the front side of the stand to keep the motor from sliding back. the nut had a hole big enough for the mm pin bolt to slide thru. this way will make it easy for a switch back to Cleveland.
edit:
after i thought about a while i went and looked how i did it and i did make 6 spacers about 1" long and 2 small 3/16"thick adapter plates so i could use the 351 mounts. this all happened about 27 years ago.
