Rear Power windows

My rear windows go up and down very slowly.No problem with the front windows. Is this a motor problem or some thing else that I can repair.

Probably motors

They get corroded inside and / or the grease dries out.

You can open and clean and re-lube them

To be sure it is the motor you can run a hot wire to the plug and test it

Two wires on the motor - 1 is for up - 1 is for down

Ground is thru the case
