- 1972 convertible with almost half a million miles 351c- T5 transmission for 24 MPG on the Hwy! Still has a few original parts on it- not many!

Including pics and contact inof here. This is a pick and pull junk yard meaning they do not pull parts for you. It is right across the street from the old Joliet prion made famous in the Blues Brothers movie.
I went there toda. Having rang them before I went. Was told a bunch of parts have been pulled whihc they were one of the fenders was gone as well as the drivers seat. None of the parts I was after was there although I did buy the dipstick on the power steering pump since the "cap" on the one on my car has gone missing. Not really worth the 2 hour drive,... but I gigress.
The car also looks like it has been vandalised. the grill is missingthought ti was sold but it is sitting on the side of the car as are both the door panels (standard white) looks liek maybe someone got the arm rests. I also saw parts of the center section where the gagues would have been scattered about. The floor boards are rusted through and the top is most of the way down. I was semi interested in the drivers side top latch since mine is a silver reproduction made by a guy I used to know who sold Mustang parts and made the latches at a foundry where he worked back in the 1990s. He disappeared and moved about 15 years ago- I know they are not in any Mustang catalogies- but I digress again.
The car had a white standard interior and not a lot of options as far as I could tell- should have made more mental notes to pass on here but did not.
