Best way to support car

I am getting ready to replace the rear frame rails on my 73 mach1. Looking for ideas how to support the car while replacing the frame rails, trunk floor and rear quarter panels. Pictures would be great.

The table was borrowed from my brother.I was going to build a wooden support system like Scott "Q" used on his but when I was telling my brother what I was going to do he said... I've got just what you need. The steel Jig/Table was perfect because I could weld supports from the table to the frame rails and they became supports and tram type gauges that insured proper placement of the replacement parts. Its worked great.

Thanks for the link. A table like that is just what I need. When this project is done I will have it for the next project.
