Driver's Mirror remote bezel

I am looking for the little bezel for the remote mirror on the driver's side interior door panel. Thanks.

You can buy that as a repop part from Ohio Mustang or CJ Pony. They used it on several mustangs, cougars and other ford cars of this period so you can ebay them as well.

Well, i cannot seem to locate them on CJ and Ohio Mustang is sold out.
